S.L. is to offer services related to clinical
studies by a team operating a management system (standard: ISO
9001:2000), which guarantees quality services to customers and
a commitment to environmental protection (standard: ISO 14000:2004).

need for continual improvement is performed
by means of each employee’s professional work and by being aware
of quality aspects in relation to their individual work, in
order to contribute as much as possible and ensure a continual
improvement in processes and services. Likewise, the company
will measure and analyse the information extracted from its
management system to allow for the improvement.
In order to achieve a continual improvement
in the quality of our services to our customers, we are committed
to fulfilling customer, legal and functional requirements,
by offering a maximum quality service, which fits their needs

is committed to respecting the environment, detecting the impact
deriving from its activities and controlling and managing them
in order to reduce their repercussions. |

Even
thought the repercussions on the environment are reduced, BIOMETRICA,
on its own initiative, has introduced environmental management
into the performance of its activities as a preventive measure
against pollution, as well as continual improvement and social
commitment. We identify the significant environmental aspects,
legal requirements which may apply, plan their management and
implement the corresponding operational controls.
Furthermore,
BIOMETRICA will
carry out the necessary staff training, involvement and motivation
sessions for our employees. |
In the same
way, we are committed to fulfilling the applicable legal requirements
to the activities to be performed by the company with regards
to clinical studies. |
